At Softlandia, Jesse is responsible for the operational backbone of the consulting business, working across sales, recruitment, marketing, and administration to support sustainable growth. His focus is on turning strong demand into predictable delivery — and helping customers move from ideas and pilots into real, production-grade solutions.
